Sonic Boom

Lucas Hanson (aka DJ Luci C) is 16 years old and a student at Franklin High School. Lucas was born with a rare neuromuscular condition called myotubular myopathy. He is a writer, a disability advocate, and a proud rock music nerd. His work can be found on his blog Handsome Boy Writes  

Burke Stansbury (aka DJ Polar Bear, aka Lucas’s dad) is an organizer and fundraiser who works for Movement Voter Project. He grew up in Seattle and played guitar in the short-lived hard rock band Headgear. You can find him on LinkedIn
